Namely Time Settings
Time Off Settings are set up by Namely during the implementation of Namely Time. Manager settings are also configured as well. If you need to update your settings or add a new role that can approve or decline an employe's Time Off requests in Namely Time, follow these instructions.
User Role Settings
-
In Namely Time, go to Configuration > Users > User Roles.
-
Select the applicable role.
-
Expand the Manager column, and then the Tools tab.
-
This is where you'll find the Requests section. Expand Requests and open the Request Manager. If you select the options pictured below, this role will have the ability to manage Time Off for direct reports. This is where an administrator can grant a role approval, denial, or edit privileges.
